As we wind down the second to last week of the legislative session here in New York, a round up of news from the past 48 hours..
The development of natural gas was a hot topic at the Capitol this week, and yesterday advocates on both sides of the issue shared some space. While reports circulated that the Cuomo administration was going to move forward and all natural gas development in New York, albeit on a limited basis, the Governor would not comment definitively.
One of the many bills NFIB/NY is adamantly opposed to and is watching closely the last days of session would allow doctors to collectively bargain.
The Governor and legislative leaders reached an agreement on tax credits for brewers. Cheers to that!
