Yesterday, the Governor again stated that he did not see a deal on the minimum wage issue before the legislative session ends in a few weeks. Speaker Silver, however, feels that the Senate GOP majority will fold on the issue.
State and local primaries have been moved to September 13th to avoid the September 11th anniversary.
The Senate introduced their business tax cut/credit plan. While some are looking at this as a link to minimum wage, I assure you from NFIB’s perspective there is no deal to be made.
