Quite a busy day for NFIB, here in Albany and in Washington DC.

Tomorrow is the day the Supreme Court hears oral arguments on the Individual Mandate.
In New York budget news, the Governor and legislature moved closer to agreement on all outstanding issues surrounding the implementation of a new state fiscal plan. With three of the major budget bills now aging on lawmaker’s desks, all signs point to completion before the week ends, and a few days before the April 1st start of the new fiscal year.
UPDATE – I posted too soon! It is being reported that lawmakers have reached a tentative budget deal…
